One day, she decided to get a make-over, so she cut and dyed her hair. She also went out and bought a new convertible.

She went driving down a country road and came across a herd of sheep. She stopped and called the sheep herder over.

‘That’s a nice flock of sheep.’ She said. ’Well thank you.’ Said the herder.

‘Tell you what. I have a proposition for you.’ said the woman. ’Okay.’ Replied the herder.

‘If I can guess the exact number of sheep in your flock, can I take one home?’. ’Sure.’ Said the sheep herder.

So, the girl sat up and looked at the herd for a second and then replied ’382′.

‘Wow.’ Said the herder. ‘That is exactly right. Go ahead and pick out the sheep you want to take home.’ So the woman went and picked one out and put it in her car.

Then, the herder said ‘Okay, now I have a proposition for you’.'What is it?’ Queried the woman.

‘If I can guess the real color of your hair, can I have my dog back?’

Brought a tear to my eye after @wilw got involved.

Now, let me get this straight…..We are going to pass a health care plan written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn’t understand it, passed by a Congress that hasn’t read it but exempts themselves from it, to be signed by a president that also hasn’t read it and who smokes, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn’t pay his taxes…all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, and financed by a country that’s nearly broke. What could possibly go wrong?

From today’s "The Gartman Letter"

I wish more states were like New Hampshire, which allow you to vote in either primary when registered as an independent, but as that is not the case in Pennsylvania, changing my party affiliation was the only choice. So it’s done and now Mike Huckabee will have one more vote in his favor come April 22nd.

Oh yeah, one other thing…

Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed how much Mike Huckabee looks like a young Jim Nabors?

In other other news, I finally got around to begin reading It’s Not News, It’s FARK, and at 268 pages, it should be a quick read. I will follow up with comments once I finish it.
