Green Bean Casserole

  • 1 can (10.5oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 2 (14.5 oz) cans french style green beans, drained
  • 6 oz. French’s fried onions


  1. In a 2-quart casserole dish or 8x8 dish, combine soup, milk, and black pepper
  2. Stir in green beans and 1/2 of the onions
  3. Bake uncovered at 350° for 25 minutes or until bubbly
  4. Stir mixture and top with remaining onions
  5. Bake for 5 more minutes

For a crowd or potluck, double the recipe and bake in a 9x13 dish. Baking time will be the same.

Serves 4-6.
